Paul, was asked to chair a Just and Fair Culture panel discussion at the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors annual conference 2023.

His panel came from Southeast Railways, the head Just & Fair Culture (JFC) within the RAF and JFC consultants from within Health Care and the Construction industries.

Each panellist shared their experiences and the challenges they face going forward. There was even time to take questions from the floor.

Just and Fair Culture it was summarised is much simpler to wish for than implement and then maintain, it is too easy to slip back into blame culture, rather than maintain a learning culture.
